Blackburn Rovers Product Terms and Conditions
Your contract for the purchase of our Products will be with The Blackburn Rovers Football & Athletic Ltd (“Blackburn Rovers”, “we”, “us”). Our registered address is at Ewood Park, Blackburn, BB2 4JF, United Kingdom with a company number of 00053482.
Products are sold subject to the terms and conditions below:
1.0. Contact Formation
When you submit your order, you are offering to buy Products at the price stated in accordance with the terms and conditions of the specific item(s), which, if accepted by us, will result in a binding contract. It is therefore important that you read and accept the terms and conditions before submitting any order.
Once you have completed your order, you will be asked to confirm that it is correct. If it is not, you can amend or cancel the order before submitting it. It is your responsibility to ensure it is correct before submission. You should note that payment will be taken when you click the “Pay Now” button. This does not indicate our acceptance of your offer and will be refunded in the unlikely event that we refuse the offer.
We will send a confirmation email on receipt of your order. This is not an acceptance of your offer, but an acknowledgement that we have received the order, and that our merchandise department are processing it. The contract between us will not be formed until we dispatch the Products to the address as stated in your order.
Whilst we try to ensure that pricing and ticketing information on our Website are correct at all times, errors may occasionally occur. If we discover an error in the price of nature of the Product you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible, and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price/specification or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will unfortunately have to treat the order as cancelled. If the order is cancelled, we will of course provide you with a full refund.
2.0. Availability
Although Blackburn Rovers endeavours to ensure the accuracy of the Product’s availability, occasionally, some Products may be temporarily out of stock or sold out earlier than anticipated due to unexpected demand. Where any Product ordered is out of stock, we will inform you of this by telephone or by email, and, if possible, offer you alternative Products. Unless you choose to accept the alternative Product or Products offered to you, any sum debited by the club from your credit card will be re-credited to your account and Blackburn Rovers will notify you by email at the email address you provide in your order form. The refund will be made as soon as possible and, in any event, within 30 days of the telephone call or the email from Blackburn Rovers informing you that Products are out of stock.
3.0. Price and Payment
All prices are inclusive of UK VAT at the current rates. Except in the case of manifest error, the prices payable for Products that you order are as set out on the Website at the time at which we accept your order. The total cost of your order is the price of the Products ordered plus the relevant packaging and delivery costs.
Payments must be made in £ sterling when required and may be made by Mastercard, Visa, Electron, Solo or Switch cards. You confirm that the credit/debit card which is being used to purchase the Products is yours.
All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer.
Blackburn Rovers reserves the right to refuse credit card payments in its reasonable discretion.
Any gift cards issued by Blackburn Rovers will expire 12 months after the date of purchase and after that date they cannot be used for payment.
4.0. Delivery Information
Products will only be dispatched once all items can be dispatched, Blackburn Rovers does not operate a part ship payment. Although we try to get all our orders dispatched on the day of the order, this may not always be possible, for reasons such as new product launches and heavy sales periods.
For large, framed Products there will be an additional £4 delivery charge.
If your order is outside of our standard delivery conditions, Blackburn Rovers will contact you via email with the specific details of your order and delivery.
If you have ordered a Product which is distributed through a third-party, your Product will be subject to their terms and conditions.
4.1. Click and Collect
Click and Collect orders are free and will be processed in 2-4 working days. Customers will be notified by email when their order is ready which can be collected from the Roverstore at Blackburn Rovers Football Club, Ewood Park, Blackburn, BB2 4JF.
If a Click and Collect order has not been picked up from the Roverstore 3 months after the Customer has been notified that their order is ready, the items will be disposed of and a refund will not be available.
4.2. United Kingdom (includes Channel Islands and Northern Ireland)
There are two options for delivery:
*Priority delivery will only be available Monday-Thursday. Any orders placed Friday-Sunday will be processed on Monday.
4.3. Europe
International Tracked/Signed for (£12): orders will be delivered within 3-7 working days.
4.4. Rest of the World
Tracked Service (£16): orders will be delivered within 7-10 working days.
Overseas supporters may have to wait a little longer but should expect their order within 10-14 days.
4.5. Import Duty
Most deliveries to countries outside of the UK will now incur import duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. You the customer are responsible for the payment of such duties and taxes. Please note we do not have control over these charges and cannot specify the amount. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.
4.6. Customer Details
Orders will be fulfilled based on the details recorded at the point of purchase. All customers are urged to check this information carefully as Products delivered to the wrong address will not be refunded or resent unless the Products are returned to us by the postal service.
4.7. Date of Dispatch
We endeavour to get all our orders dispatched on the day of order but this is not always possible where one of the following applies:

5.1. Refunds
5.1.1. Valid receipt
Returns and exchanges require a valid receipt, which can be either a paper or e-receipt. Please note that no refunds or exchanges will be processed without a valid receipt.
5.1.2. Returns within 28 days:
You may return any item within 28 days from the date of receipt (unless you purchased from us online after 15th November 2023) in its original condition and packaging for a refund of the item’s purchase price. Postage costs will not be refunded unless the item is faulty.
5.1.3. Faulty or Defective Products:
Blackburn Rovers honours our legal duty to provide you with Products that are as described on our Website and meet all the requirements imposed by law. The reproduction of colours and styles on our Website are as accurate as photographic and image processing will allow. The Club does not accept responsibility for slight variances in colour and style. If the Products delivered by Blackburn Rovers are damaged or defective (“Defective Products”), please notify Blackburn Rovers as soon as possible by email, telephone or in writing at the return address. Please provide details of the issue, the order number and confirmation reference, and we will give you instructions on how to proceed. For such cases, we require you to send the item back to us for inspection. Your refund will be processed promptly upon receipt of the item(s). In instances of faulty, mistakenly picked, or damaged Products, we can arrange for a replacement product to be sent once the Products are returned to us. Stop using Defective Products immediately.
If you have notified Blackburn Rovers of cancelling your order or returning Defective Products in accordance with these terms and conditions, any sums debited by Blackburn Rovers from your credit or debit card will be re-credited to your account reasonably promptly and within 30 days of receipt by Blackburn Rovers of the Defective Products. Ensure you obtain proof of postage for your return.
5.1.4. In-Store Returns:
To return Products purchased online to our store, please bring a proof of purchase receipt, a copy of your online receipt or delivery note, and ensure that the Products being returned are in their original packaging, with tags, and in a resalable condition (unless faulty).
5.1.5. Personalised Products:
Returns for personalised Products are accepted only is the personalisation is incorrect upon receipt or if the product is faulty. We cannot refund personalised purchases for sizing errors. Please refer to the size charts on our Website before ordering personalised Products.
If a player changes his name or number at any time or leaves Blackburn Rovers, Blackburn Rovers cannot offer a refund or exchange on the shirt (this does not affect your statutory rights). You do not need to give Blackburn Rovers a reason for cancelling your order nor will you have to pay a penalty.
5.1.6. Delivery and Refund:
We recommend using a recorded delivery service for returns, as we cannot be held responsible for Products not being received. Products must be returned to us within the 28-day refund period (unless you purchased from us online after 15th November 2023); otherwise, a refund will not be processed.

In store: You can exchange any Products purchased online at our Roverstore located at Ewood Park, Blackburn as per our standard returns policy.
Post: The Roverstore does not facilitate product exchanges through postal services for online purchases. Should you wish to exchange an item ordered online, please adhere to our returns/refund policy by returning the undesired item for a refund within 28 days of delivery (unless you purchased from us online after 15th November 2023) and place a new order online for the desired product. Please be advised that the refund process may take up to 7 working days to reflect in your account from the receipt of the Products.
5.1.9. Out of Stock Products:
If an item is unexpectedly out of stock, we will promptly refund your payment.
5.2. Cancellations
To cancel your order, you must give notice in writing of the cancellation of your order to Blackburn Rovers at the returns address at mailorder@rovers.co.uk or Roverstore, Ewood Park, Nuttall St, Blackburn, BB2 4JF. Please provide details so that we can identify both you and your order (including, if possible, details of your order number as set out in the purchase confirmation emailed to you).
If you have received the Products before you cancel your order then, unless you have lost your right to cancel because you have damaged or tampered with the Products (including where the Product’s condition is not “as new”, price tags have been removed, the packaging is damaged or parts or accessories are missing) or Blackburn Rovers has sent you the wrong Product or an incorrect quantity or Product, you must send them back to the Blackburn Rovers returns address (set out in clause 5.1.6 above) by registered post together with details of your order at your own cost and risk. If you cancel your order but Blackburn Rovers has already processed the Products for delivery, you must not unpack the Products when they are delivered to you and you must send them to the returns address Roverstore, Ewood Park, Nuttall St, Blackburn, BB2 4JF by registered post together with details of your order and at your own cost and risk within 30 days.

Blackburn Rovers shall have no liability to you for any delay or failure to deliver the Products to the extent that such delay or failure to deliver arises from causes beyond the reasonable control of Blackburn Rovers including, but not limited to, fire, floods, acts of God, acts of regulations of any governmental or supranational authority, war, riot, strike, lock-out and industrial disputes.
8.0. Waiver
No waiver by us shall be construed as a waiver of any rights or remedies, or any subsequent breach of any provision of these terms and conditions.
9.0. Entire Agreement
These terms and conditions, together with the Terms of Use, current Product prices, delivery details and contact details on this Website, set out the whole of the agreement between you and Blackburn Rovers. This will exclude any rights to which you are legally entitled.
10.0. Other Important Terms
Blackburn Rovers do not compensate you for all losses caused by Blackburn Rovers or its Products.
